Éirinn Humphries is an OCADU illustration student with passions that, besides art, lay in flora and fauna, mythology, and goth music. Inspiration for their work comes from a combination of art nouveau, baroque sculpture, and Renaissance techniques. To best understand Éirinn, you’d have to travel to the north of Ontario, where the trees grow tall as the sky and the water spans far as the eye can see. To Éirinn, being in nature and creating art share a major commonality- they are both almost meditative in their effect of clearing one's mind and therapeutic in the way they allow space to process one's feelings in a physical and mental space.
